SportScribe is a clean fitness planning app for building training lists, scheduling workouts, completing daily exercise tasks, and maintaining consistency. The application is operated by KARGUII SP Z O O as the Service Provider.
Users do not need to create an account, log in, or provide profile information to use the app.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location data and does not use personal information for tracking.
Because the app does not collect personal information, no personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
SportScribe does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
SportScribe does not collect, log, or store personal information on external servers. Therefore, KARGUII does not retain personal app-use data.
If the app stores training lists, workout schedules, planned sessions, daily exercise actions, completed task states, routine notes, progress states, daily achievement values, consistency indicators, or app settings, those records are intended to remain locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If you voluntarily contact KARGUII by email or another direct channel, your message may be retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, keep necessary business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Because SportScribe does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, there is no cloud account or server-side personal profile to delete.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider by direct contact, you may request deletion of that information by contacting KARGUII.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. If a breach occurs involving any data you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
SportScribe is a personal fitness planning and training-list utility. It is not a medical fitness app, clinical health tracker, professional coaching service, sports betting product, gym marketplace, nutrition or diet app, calorie diagnosis tool, wearable tracker replacement, emergency health app, injury prevention guarantee, social fitness network, or competition platform.
SportScribe is not a replacement for doctors, trainers, physiotherapists, health professionals, safety judgment, or personal responsibility. Users remain responsible for choosing safe exercises and seeking professional advice when needed.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be posted with an updated effective date, and consent will be requested where required by law.
